Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions A 20 % deposit is required at the time of booking. When a deposit is made please know that the deposit is non-refundable (cannot be refunded if the appointment is canceled) & non-transferable (cannot be transferred to another appointment). The remainder is due the day of the event. CANCELLATIONS If for any reason you must cancel your event, your deposit is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be put to another booking in the future. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, you will be charged the remaining balance of your appointment. If you do not pay you’re remaining balance you will not be able to book again until your previous dues are paid in full. Sandra Luz Photography
